For a full refund, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We will also pay the return shipping costs if this is due to our error (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.).
Your refund should arrive within 15 business days of the date the package was handed over to the return carrier, however, in many cases it will arrive sooner. This time period includes the transit time to receive the return from the sender (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
