We can ship to almost any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and not all products can be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and shipping options selected. Depending on the carrier you select, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quote page.

Please also note that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of an item is listed on the product page. In accordance with the policies of the carriers we use, all weights are rounded up.

For a full refund, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We will also pay the return shipping costs if this is due to our error (you received the wrong or defective item, etc.).

Your refund should arrive within 15 business days of the date the package was handed over to the return carrier, however, in many cases it will arrive sooner. This time period includes the transit time to receive the return from the sender (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
